In order to book and reserve your wedding date with me you will be requested to pay a £40 booking fee.

This is not a refundable deposit. Should you choose to cancel, postpone or be forced to cancel your wedding date it will not be returned.

The booking fee covers costs of admin time responding to messages and will be deducted from your wedding day total bill.

Under no circumstances is this booking fee refunded once you have agreed to book myself for your wedding day.

In order to book hair and makeup services for your wedding day you must have a minimum of 3 people booked for either hair or makeup in order for myself to travel out to you

I travel within approx 30 miles from NR34 for weddings. Milage is charged at £0.50 per mile per journey.

Add ons on the big day, such as tattoo cover up, applying guests lashes etc will be chargeable on the day.

Discounts can not be given for large bridal party sizes.

All trials must be carried out within the Beccles salon and not on location.

We do not do any on the day Brides hair and makeup without a trial.

50% of the brides cost is due at the time of the trial. The total remaining balance for all guests and bride will be due the week of the wedding and 24 hours prior at the latest.

Brow services require a patch test if you are a new client. If you chose not to arrive to have a patch test you will be refused the tint / sculpt products during your treatment yet charged the full treatment cost.

Very simply - If you miss an appointment or cancel on the day and i can't fill the space, you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

If you book via online at one of the salons this will be deducted from your account immediately. If you book via socials and refuse to pay, you will no longer be able to book a future appointment.

Why do i do this? I am self employed and unfortunately due to the increase in no shows i have to now apply the same rules to all of my clients.

This isn't something i enjoy doing, however, when clients book me and don't attend i still have overheads to pay yet receive no income to do so. Most of the time I run a cancellation list so no shows don't allow me the time to contact those clients who can fill the space.

Unfortunately there are no exceptions to these rules in order for me to maintain a business.
